Analytics: Air Quality Index for Health

The Air Quality Index for Health is provided by the Irish Government’s Environmental Protection Agency. This gives an idea of how harmful pollution is at different levels on a scale from 1 to 10. 1-3 are good, 4-6 are fair, 7-9 are poor and 10 is very poor. In this analysis, we have compared data from the last month at each site in Trim with data from the reference monitoring site in Navan.

Reference Monitors (Yesterday's Data)

A map showing the location of the Trim sensors as well as the EPA network of pollution monitors. Clicking on a monitor will give the mean pollution levels for the previous day. The readings are compared to the Trim values (Trim Avg) which are produced by taking the average of the readings from monitors on Patrick Street and Market Street.
